Is Adobe aware? Is there a fix?

Hi, what is your operating system? What kind of problem are you having? That would help, since an error could be caused by a couple of things.

    Thanks,

    Hello Eidnolb,

    system information:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
    Version 6.1.7600 Build 7600
problem (other than error presenting itself in the event log) getting frequent popups when closing tabs in internet explorer8.

    Suspect flash is causing them.

    Thanks.

Thanks, that helps some. I would first go to Tools, manage add ons (check all add ons) for Shockwave Flash Object..ActiveX Control...Flash10e.ocx (latest vs 10.0.45.2) and make sure that is there and it is Enabled.

If you want to check your Flash files, go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash  Right click and Open the Flash folder and post back all files listed there.

If all is correct then something else would be causing the problem.

    Thanks,
