Firefox and flash not working

I have Flash 10.3 on my computer because Firefox says the 11.7 version doesn't work on Firefox. Well, niether does this version! O'm trying to play Farmville 2 on Facebook and haven't been able to play in weeks. There must be a solution to this problem. Please help me.

Go here  I now have 11.3 loaded and it still doesn't work. There are a lot of Facebook players who ar no longer playing games because of this issue
