Flash 20.0.0.267 White screen problem - URGENT!

Ever since the latest flash update (.267 - made on Dec 28th 2015),  our download application cannot load properly.

After loading, the app window (in IE frame) shows a white screen (image below).

When downgrading to an earlier version (20.0.0.228) it works fine.

Many of my colleagues who manage similar apps using Flash are experiencing the white screen problem and our clients are furious

Why is that?

How can it be fixed without asking all our clients to downgrade their Flash versions?

Please help ASAP.

IF you need to roll back you can check out my guide, its a little lengthy as I made it so noob users should be able to understand about the different trypes of flash player, etc.., but if you are savvy you can skim through it to get the relevant information. there is really only two steps if you don't count downloading and unpacking the zip from adobe

Guide to rolling back to an old flash player version (20.0.0.228)

    Best regards

This update has also caused the popular System 47 Star Trek Screen saver and other screen savers to exhibit the WSD, White Screen of Death.

The screen saver can be found here

I am running win 10 64 bit and latest Chrome and drivers/updates.  Hope this helps in a fix.

Please see my update to this problem on this thread: Flash Player 20.0.0.267 - ActiveX Embedding Issue

I've just posted a test build that we believe fixes this embedding issue (link in the thread).  Additional updates will be added to the post as we make progress with our investigation and I encourage those impacted to please leave their comments on the thread or bug reports.

    Hi Adobe,

This question is assumed answered, but it  is certainly unanswered.

Got the same issue - until next week when MS and Adobe get their act together, remove the latest Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player (KB3132372) and make sure it does not auto update again on you when you reboot. Restart/refresh - all outputs will work for now.

    Thank you so much!

This is great for anything but Win10 - Can you please release this fix for WIN 10 Clients as well?

    When can we expect it?
