Please provide me which version of Google chrome or Firefox support flash player on android phones 

When open perticuler website on mobile browser, following error comes and when click on get adobe flash player second error comes for both Google chrome and Firefox browser.

There is no such thing. You need to use Windows or Mac. Note that using Flash Player is now sometimes a challenge because it is being phased out, but this is not connected to your problem.
