Flash devopment for online platforms and cells

My web host company doesn't support .swf files so I moved and moved and moved. Adobe Animate replaced Flash but it doesn't do a percentage of what Flash did. I am lost and can't get a straight answer from anyone other than spend more money and hope the best. What to do......

Certainly not SWF development. Not clear from your post if you are aware if the future of Flash Player.

Despite of EOL of Flash, it does not mean there won't be a SWF interpreter in future browsers as it's a compressed binary file.
