Flash doesn't show video on some websites

I've never had this problem before with adobe flash player.

On some websites I'll get just the audio part + the buttons and interface (not on all though) but not video.

I don't have any problems with the computer itself, the browser or any other conflicting software. I've used the same setup for years...

It's a fresh windows 10 install so I don't know what the deal is. I'm using firefox in case someone is wondering. Other than adblock I don't have any other addons or plugins except for the standard ones.

Antivirus is avast.

This is an example of a website not working.

It's probably a video driver thing.

Try disabling hardware acceleration using the instructions below:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html

If the problem goes away (performance might be terrible, but as long as you're seeing video), then you need updated video drivers, at which point, you can re-enable hardware acceleration and get those performance benefits back.

I have an integrated video card and ALL my drivers are up to date. Hardware accelerationg turned off didn't solve it either. As I said, if I have flash player uninstalled it works... if I have it installed it doesn't.

Hi,

Please follow below steps and try again.

1)Open about:config on Firefox

2)Search "async" in the search box

3)Set below 2 parameters as false

     dom.ipc.plugins.asyncInit.enabled

     dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled

Also, try using Firefox 64 bit, as it is more stable.

Thanks!
