    Hi Chris,

I have uninstall in Windows 7 the latest flash player 11 version in Firefox and Explorer and install version: 11-5-502-146 from 8-1-2013. and my site is online. The problems are in the latest version of Adobe Flashplayer !!

I did it on the Home Pc and one laptop with Windows 7.... and both I have disabled in Google Chrome Adobe Flash. Google Chrome installs automaticaly the latest Flash Player version and I disabled this by plugins so that Google Chrome takes the other version automaticaly and this works.

But I have also a laptop with windows 8. Firefox and Google Chrome with my site is now online with Windows 8 but Internet Explorer installs automaticaly the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I tried also to install the version of 8-1-2013 but I can't find where I can disable it in Windows 8 (Internet Explorer). Can you tell me how to disable in Windows 8 the latest Adobe Flash Player ?? However the problem was the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

    Hi Fred,

What version of Flash Player are you using?  Have you tried rolling back to a previous version of Flash Player to see if that resolves the problem?

How do I revert to a previous version of Flash Player?

If this does not occur on a previous version, it's possible that a bug was introduced and we'd like to investigate further.  Please open a new bug report on this over at bugbase.adobe.com.  When adding the bug, please include sample code and your swf's (or URL) so we can quickly test this out internally.  If you'd like to keep this private, feel free to email the attachment to me directly (ccampbel@adobe.com).

Once added, please post back with the URL so that others affected can add their comments and votes.

    Thanks,

    Chris
