In order to run an old program (Comcast Photo show) on my windows 10 computer, I believe I need Flash Player 6. So,,,how can I get Flash Player 6 to work on my computer? Is it even possible. Any ideas and/or help would be appreciated.

Extremely bad advice. While old versions are posted on the archive page, Flash Player 6 is over a decade old and contains numerous security vulnerabilities that have since been fixed.
I'm not at all familiar with Comcast Photoshow. I was looking for information on it, but since it's extremely old (over 10 years from what I've found), I'm not finding any system requirements information on it. I'm very skeptical a program from over 10 years ago will install on Windows 10. And if it does, it most likely will not function as expected.
Does Comcast Photoshow attempt to install Flash Player? If so, it's most likely the ActiveX Control which Microsoft embeds in IE/Edge on Windows 10 and all updates are released by Microsoft via Windows Updates. Due to this, the end-user cannot uninstall the embedded version and programs that attempt to install it fail, as the embedded version is not removable.

For what it's worth, we've made changes that harden the projector over the years as well. You should always run the latest version of Flash Player, unless you have an extraordinary reason to do otherwise.
In instances where you absolutely cannot run the latest version, then you should definitely understand the inherent risks and take appropriate measures to insulate yourself from the risk. (e.g. If you're running a Kiosk in a museum that absolutely, positively needs Flash 6, air-gap it.)
If you're not technical enough to understand and manage those risks, then it's probably time to find an updated alternative for whatever old game you're trying to play, or contact the content provider to see if they had an updated recommendation.
