My Flash is constantly crashing as of a few months ago. I am using Windows 7, 64-bit system on Firefox. I have unistalled and reinstalled, all plug-ins are up to date, disabled hardware accelerator and pretty much all of the typical fixes. Does ANYONE have a fix for this? It is driving me insane.

Erase that file that has 97% usage. postgress.exe monitor your usage in Task Manager. It is going to be in c:/users/YOURUSERNAME/appdata/roaming/Adobe64/

My Specs Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Ivy Bridge 3570k (3.4Ghz boost up to 3.8Ghz) i didnt overclock it temps should be normal.

Graphics Intel HD 4000

I Tried all browsers, uninstalled and installed back a little improvement but still laggy, i erased that file. The performance is back how it used to be.

Thanks for your response, but I don't seem have this file on my computer. When I look at my usage, the flash player plugin is the one using up almost 50% of my CPU. Any ideas?
