My Flash Player plugin for Firefox crashes every time I press the Enter key. Flash Player version is 20.0.0.306, Firefox is 44.0.2 and OS is Windows 8.1. What's causing this and how could I solve it? Thank you

Hi,

No, it doesn't crash on a specific page, but on any site where I'm using it. Unfortunately I don't have access to earlier versions of Firefox

I would also suggest you to try and clear your browser cache and try again. Also, if you can uninstall flash and install it again. Here is the link to the earlier firefox versions Directory Listing: /pub/firefox/releases/ ‌

First, if you haven't rebooted since you started having this problem do that.  Actually shut the machine down and start it back up.

I'd recommend moving to the 64-bit Firefox Beta for Windows 10.  It's much better in general.

You can find a link here:

Mozilla Firefox Web Browser — Download Firefox Beta in your language — Mozilla

If it's still crashing, go to about:crashes

Click the first few links.

Paste the resulting address from the window that gets launched to this page.

Thanks!
