Flash Player not working after driver update.

I use Flash Player where ever I can, because HTML5 is too intensive for my extremely under-powered and outdated machine, however recently I updated my display drivers (AMD), and as I went to watch a video on YouTube with Flash, the entire playback was green, I had made a backup before updating my drivers so I quickly reverted to make sure the problem was the update. As I've established the problem is updating my drivers, I update them again to see if I can troubleshoot the problem, I've discovered that disabling hardware acceleration fixes the problem with the playback, however it causes another problem; I'm consistently dropping frames, to a point where the audio and video are completely out of sync and I'm essentially watching a slideshow, any advice on how to reconcile this?

    Hi,

Please file a bug at https://bugbase.adobe.com.  Include your OS and system information, including display driver version that works and the one that doesn't work.  The more detailed information you can provide the more it'll assist in investigating the issue.

    Thank you.

You might want to try clearing Flash Player's memory cache
