Flash Player Not Working in IE11 and FireFox on Windows 7

Flash content is not rendering: if I open http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ in IE (similar in FireFox), instead of the flash object I see this:

Flash is installed on Windows 7:

Now, I tried already the following:

• Deactivating/Activating IE11
• Deactivating/Activating Shockwave Plugin
• Uninstalling/Installing Flash
• Restarting Windows

But nothing made the Adobe Flash Player work in IE.

Flash status (works/not):

- Flash Player works fine in Chrome

- Is not working in FireFox

- Is not working in Internet Explorer

- Is not working in Opera

HOW CAN I MAKE THIS FLASH PLAYER WORK?
