This link dose not help Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions

I got this error ( Application initialization error )

Flash Player is a built-in component of Chrome (including Chrome on ChromeOS).

Please follow the steps mentioned on Enable Flash Player for Google Chrome page to enable Flash Player for Chrome browser.
