Flash Player on Firefox is Crashing again and again, Why?

Since last few months Flash player is frequently crashing on fire fox.... i am facing the same issue on all the machines. Any permanent solution?

1. My OS is Windows 7 32 bit (I have already try  with OS reinstallation ) but still facing same issue … 
2. Stack overflow solutions are also not working.
