I am not a rich guy, so still using old pc. Window xp sp2. Do flash player still support ?

That said, the cryptographic mechanisms by which WinXP SP2 identifies software as legitimate and from the software vendor that is represented are broken.  A decent Chromebook running ChromeOS will cost you $250 USD, and a totally serviceable Win10 laptop can be had in the $450 range.  If you're doing anything remotely sensitive with the machine (banking, healthcare, etc), upgrading to a modern OS is far, far cheaper than the fallout from identity theft or fraud, which is basically what you're asking for by running WinXP in 2016.

Yes, Flash Player is still supported on Windows XP. The Adobe Flash Player | Tech specs page lists the supported operating systems and browsers.
