Flash Player works in some selections but not in others on BBC "Mi Vida Loca"

Flash player 23.0.0.162, Windows 10 pro version 1607 64 bit, recently bought Cube with i5-6400  2.70GHz.

This may be a Flash Player problem, Windows 10 problem or a BBC problem or a combination.  I don't think it is my PC

On BBC Spanish language site "Mi Vida Loca" flash player copes OK with the interactive video, but on selecting "learning shortcuts" and "more vocabulary" for instance (link below), the screen flashes up for an instant and is then blacked out and will not play - as though blocked (google chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit)).  In Internet explorer, I do not even get the initial screen flash - just the blacked out box.  In firefox, I do not even get a box.  We have an older Packard Bell PC we have recently converted to Windows 10, the same thing happens on that.  I have been through all of the recommended actions - deleted browsing data, removed FP cache, disabled FP  HW accelerator, deleted FP folders etc.  BBC has max. 100MB disk space.  Flash player is enabled as I get the drifting clouds on the troubleshooter website and anyway it works on other selections in Mi Vida Loca.  Earlier on in the year I could play these connections from my older, unfortunately now defunct, Acer Veriton with Windows XP - no problem.
