Flash Transparent Background - Standalone(without browser, no HTML)

Hello,

Is it possible to publish a flash file with a transparent background that does not require a browser or HTML?

So that when the swf file is launched, the swf runs with a transparent background.

Already tried various hex combinations to create transparency AND Publish Settings to no avail.
