Flash video messed up in all browsers, screenshots provided

I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit version, flash browser version 10,3,183,10 and I use the following browsers IE8, Firefox 6.0.2. and Chrome 14.0.835.186 and my flash video does not play properly.  When I try and play videos the sound is ok but the picture looks like the images below.  I'm not quite sure what the issue is or how to fix it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
