Having issues playing videos

Hello guys,

i'm using asus laptop , windows 8.1 system and firefox 39.0 Browser

flash player used to work normally until few days ago

now i'm having issues watching videos , it will work for few seconds or minutes and then suddenly repeats itself...

also if i try to pause the video it pauses for few moments and then play itself again!

i've tried all the troubleshooting tips and it didn't work.

one last thing i noticed recently which i don't know if its the reason that i'm having issues or not, is that i see 2 flash player icons on windows processes (attaching a screenshot of it)

so please can anyone help me to fix that?

Could you please provide the video URL for which the issue occurs?
