help enabling Flash Player in Chrome - Win7

Good morning, as you can see in screenshots i have the problem that adobe flash player is activated but in this page (same error in more pages) is asking to enable adobe flash player. Sorry for greek language in my pc, but i can translate some words in order to understand the problem "επιτρεπεται==allow"

Below i will send some more info for my pc

Windows Version==Windows 7 ultimate

operation system== 32-bit

Hello,

Most browsers disable Flash by default and you need to enable it to view Flash content. See the following links for information on enabling Flash for the various browsers:

    Thanks for replying. I use chrome browser but the solution of the link above didnt work for me. I will send you some print screens of my pc current status. The info of the link said that i have to add --enable-local-sync-backend in target textfield  so i did it with no errors as you can see below and then i checked in this link chrome://sync-internals/ the local state. I may have this problem because syncing is off

    The link posted above for 'Enable in Chrome' is incorrect.  The correct link is Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help

    The link previously posted is for enterprise customers, not individual users.
