HELP!!!!!!!!

My shockwave flash crashes at least 6 to 8 times a day while using Chrome. It has made it almost impossible to use and enjoy my own computer at this point. I've tried everything but nothing seems to solve the problem. This is literally driving me crazy!!!!!
