I use a PC w/Internet Explorer as my browser. I keep getting told by visual and gaming websites that I need to download the latest version of Flash Player, which I then do... only to be told, again, that in order to uses a website's visual or gaming content I need to download the latest version of Flash Player. It may also involve problems with ''ActiveX'' & ''Compatibility View" settings. How can I finally get Adobe Flash Player 11.9.900 to function on my computer?

Mike, thank you very much for your expert insights!  It turned out that I needed to ''uncheck'' ActiveX filtering.  Flash Player content is working now.

Take care, John
