How Do I Download the Full Version of Flash Player 15.0.0.223?

I have several computers with Windows 7, 64- or 32-bit, installed.

For various reasons I always like to keep a current version of whatever software I install handy.  Thus I would like to be able to download the full version of Adobe Flash Player 15.0.0.223, both for IE and non-IE browsers.

How do I do that?
