Given the problems I've had (as have others) with 10.1, I want to revert to 10.0.

Can anyone tell me how to install 10.0?

I have downloaded fp10_player.zip which includes all the 10.x.x.x players, but I can't install it.

A dialog box comes ups saying that 10.0 is not the current version.

Hi, ok. I should have mentioned you Reboot after Uninstalling and then after you Install the 10.0 also. There are also a couple of add ons that should be checked, one for IE and one for FF or other browsers. The one to check for IE is in all add ons, the Shockwave Flash Object, must be Enabled. In FF(Firefox) or other browsers it is the SWF plug-in and it must be Enabled. The SWF should have vs 10.0.45.2 after it(vs 10.0) The SFO would have Flash10e.ocx.

Hi, After you extract the version for your Operating System, you must first use the Uninstaller to remove the 10.1 and then Reboot. I have a couple of threads with good info, will find it and post it in a minute.

Thanks,

This is the thread: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/657724?tstart=0  Look for Post#6 IIRC, this is for Windows.

Thanks.

I did all of that except the reboot.

I'll have another go when I get home tonight.
