How to Completely remove Flash Player from Windows 10

I sat today at my laptop 2/11/2021 to uninstall Flash Player from it completly.  I am shocked that it does not show in Program and Features at all.  It appears as never installed, yet the ico is still in the control panel.  How do I remove from my Windows 10 64 bits completly??

Thanks.

On Windows 8 and higher, Microsoft distributed a copy of Flash Player as a built-in component of IE and Edge.  You'll need to apply the appropriate Windows Update to remove it.

Flash Player was a browser plugin.  Consult your browser documentation about removing plugins.
