I want detailed instructions on how to remove unwanted and harmful McAffee software from my computer that Adobe has deceitfully snuck in to the update of my flash player. That buisness strategy is right out of 1996, but whatever. If that is the only way you can actully think of to gain revenue then you will probably just become one of many former big names in the tech world when someone comes to do what you do, only better.
Nevertheless, I don't want the software. I did not intetionally sign myself up for it, you signed me up for it, and so now I want you to please explain how to COMPLETELY remove it from my computer.

Not likely that will happen, but:
Uninstall McAfee from your Control Panel
Click Start>Run (Windows key+R in Windows 8).
Type "regedit" minus the quotes and click OK
in the registry editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software and delete the McAfee folder
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software and do the same.
Reboot.
Just so you know; I use AVG and McAfee really screws with it, so I don't like it any more than you do, but this practice is industry wide and it isn't going anywhere in your or my lifetime.

For future updates download the offline installers, which are not bundled with any 3rd-party software.
