I can't instal flash player 13 on my win xp, ie8 comp.

The activeX control for flash player could not be registerd.

and

I tried almost everything.

I enabled all active X controls in IE setings shut down security  fire wall all I could thin of also tried off line instal.

Also tried Beta version.

For any help I'l be more than grateful.

Use the MSI installer: http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_13_active_...

It cures this.

Right click the MSI installer and "Run as Administrator".

If that fails, you've got some OS problems we can't resolve here.
