i can't install flash player on mac

hey everyone,

I am not able to install flash player on my macbook. (OS X 10.9.2)

I've read everything in flash player help/ installation problems, but my problem is not sited there.

I reach step 8, where I am asked to quit "safari" to continue.

I do so and click on the "retry"button, but it doesn't work.

Why?

What can I do?
