Okay ... several  times I have downloaded the newer version .. says 10UB. I just took two of them of .. now have one Install Flash Player 10UB. I have tried to insatll ... says successful However, it is not because it does not work.   Thank you,Sheila

Hi sheila, not too familiar with where files, etc are located in a Mac. You might look whereever your add ons/plug-ins are

located and check and see if a SWF vs 10.0.45.2 is installed and enabled. This is needed in addition to the regular Flash Files that are installed.

Just a FYI, posting your email and phone number is an invite for untold spam and worse on a public forum. You should

remove that.

Regards,

Hi, trying to get your concern taken care of.

The SWF I think is Hard Drive>Library>Internet Plug-ins.

There is another person on the forum that has much more experience with Mac than I, so maybe he'll see your thread.

Thanks,

eidnolb

If you have the Flash Player plugin installed, it'll be here:

fp-plugin.jpg

That's HD\Library\Application Support\Adobe\Flash Player\Flash Player.plugin

If that file is intact, we need to start looking at other things like the Shockwave files.
