I have Internet Explorer 7, not 9. I have downloaded Flash Player 12 and am unable to use the web.

I have Internet explorer 7, not 9.  I have downloaded flash player 12, and am able to use it on website, "American Greetings," but am unable to use it to send or receive cards on website, "JacquieLawson.com."  Why not?  I am very frustrated and wonder if I need to get a computer person to help me - darn.  I am older, and they are so expensive.  Please, someone, help me!  Karen K

    I do not have IE 7. That was a mistake on my part. I have Windows 7. Sorry about that. Karen
