Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

1) Launch Task Manager (Shortcut Key : Ctrl+Shift+Esc or Right Click on Task Bar -> Start Task Manager)

2) Go to Processes Tab

3) Right click on "iexplore.exe" process and End Process

4) Installation will proceed

Hope this helps !!

Thanks,

Vikram

Hello,

Download Offline installer for Adobe Flash Player from here : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header

If it still prompts to close IE, restart your computer and run the installer without opening IE

Thanks,

Vikram
