installed flash player on ie11 and its still telling me to install flash player

Have installed adobe flash player for IE 11 and when l go back to the test page for flash its telling me its not installed and have installed it like 3 times now. Why is it telling me its NOT INSTALLED???  Checked manage ad ons and its enabled there. Need some help thanks in advance

Maybe ActiveX Filtering is enabled?

Thanks pwillener for your answer. Well you are correct but the problem l was having is some pages need ActiveX turned on and some pages need it off. Just so happens that l was trying it when it was needed. Anyhow thank you and job well done. I will just have to remember to switch it off or on when pages do load properly. What a pain think with this day and age you don't not have to do this.
