Could you let us know what is the exact issue you are facing. You could even attach a screenshot of the same. Please provide the Adobe_ADM logs from your machine. You can go through Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows?​ to provide the logs and upload the logs files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions How to share a document  and post the link to the uploaded files here.
