Dear Mark: Here is an update on my attempts. Got a PCI sound blaster card and when I opened my hpe-180 t pc to remove the realtek and insert the soundblaster, I was totally flummoxed!!!
Hpe 180-t seems to have one PCI-E slot with integrated Video/Audio in one card; i.e. there is no separate pci slot for sound. The realtek HD audio card seems to be integrated with the Graphics card. What is your advice? One possibility is to get another integrated videio/audio card and replace the existing one.

Well I've added the new sound card...The sound improved greatly but the crashes still occur on some games...like castleville....I never could get it to crash while playing games on Kongregate like before....I'm sure the newer flash update helped aswell....hopefully more future updates of flash and better FB games will stop this problem...it's more than likely a script running while on FB thats causing the problem..would be my guess.... also if you didn't notice my edited post the sound card I used was a

I can personally say the Adobe Flash plugin is constantly crashing on my Firefox browser. It runs fine for a bit and then the browser starts getting sluggish and then I get that dreaded message, Your Adobe Flash Plugin has crashed. I have sent numerous reports and I notice that dozens of other people are having the same issues. I have seen all sorts of people suggest fixes, but none of them are worth a darn. It usually crashes when I am on Facebook cause thats where I spend most of my free time. Any news on any upcoming fixes? Or does anyone at Adobe know what is causing the issue yet? It is getting rather frustrating. lol. I have done virus scans on my system and its clean. My video card is fairly new and I have plenty of RAM and hard drive space and everything else is good. I can run the top end store bought games that require a Pretty good system to run efficiently and it runs pretty fast until I bring the browser up and run Facebook. Any Help would be really appreciated.

If it were me and it was pi**ing me off that much, I'd go throught regedit deleting all entries for "flashplayer" (1 word) and try and install.
I had the same "flash player did not install" shi*. But I can't recall what I did...... It was probably that above.

Hello,
I have multiple problems with my Flash, but I think I will solve them all in one time after eliminating crashes issue, because they all appeared in same time.
Bug 3139718
Flash Crashes WebBrowser + Blank Full Screen in YouTube + Not working site
MacBook Air A1370 with CPU Intel Core Duo 1,4GHz, 2GB RAM of DDR3 Memory 1067MHz,
MacOS X 10.6.8
Opera Browser 11,61, Compilation 1250
Flash Extension 11.1.102.64 - 11.1 r102
Problem Description:
- Flash Crashes My WebBrowser
My Opera browser crashes (after few seconds) every time after start (in last session I have opened multiple youtube tabs). After I turn off flash extension browser not crashing anymore.
- Blank Full Screen in YouTube
It occurs when switching to full screen in YouTube Videos. Screen is more black than if I completely turned off the brightness (probably it's black screen + removed brightness - problem affects graphic driver here).
- Not working site https://wta.xtb.com/BlazeServer/WebTraderFlexClient/WebTraderFlexClient.html I see only white screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
I tried to reinstall Flash. I checked in two browsers: Opera 11.61 and FireFox. In FireFox I didn't had crashes - probably because I have installed FlashBlock Extension there.
Actual Result: Same like in "Problem Description".
Expected Result:
- Browser shouldn't crashing,
- no blank screen in Full Screen mode on YouTube Videos,
- Site Should work properly
Any Workarounds: None.
Best Regards

Flash player crashes AFTER viewing several videos on youtube with hardware acceleration on and will keep on crashing. Can't watch any more videos while hardware acceleration is on untill i reboot the computer / install new display driver / install new version of flash player / disable hardware acceleration.
Please tell me what to do to clear "the cache or corrupted memeory or whatever" that causes the crashes without needing to reinstall stuff or reboot.
Oh please do contact AMD and Mozilla and colaborate on this hardware acceleration thing cause is driveing me mad and i'm sure i'm not alone; if you google this stuff is going on for more than 2 years now.

To clear the cache, use the Flash Player Settings Manager (in Control Panel).
What is your display adapter, driver version & date (see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765).

Clearing cache that way is not effective, I need to clear the cache or memory used for hardware acceleration. The problem is with hardware acceleration having a memory leak or something like that.
My display adapter is Radeon 4850,
Driver Packaging Version 8.93-111205a-132103C-ATI
Catalyst Version: 12.1
2D Driver Version 6.14.10.7246
Direct3D Version: 6.14.10.0887
OpenGL Version 6.14.10.11399
Catalyst Control Center Version: 2011.1205.2146.38999
in Device manager:
Driver Provider: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Driver Date: 12/5/2011
Driver Version: 8.930.0.0
Must add that I have this problem for over a year ever since version 10 i think, also I installed the latest display driver but as i told you in previous post the problem always gets fixed after a reboot. I'll post again when i duplicate the problem with this one.

The latest Catalyst driver version is 12.2; try if your system behaves better after that update.
