Are you sure it's only Youtube? ... in my case nothing that needs Flash works.

It sounds like you have a different issue.
What are the details?
Does Flash Install, but you can’t view content on any site?
What browser, what operating system… need more info please.
Also please read this document for know issues and solutions.

Hi Darren,
I'm using IE 6 sp2 and Windows XP sp2.
I have said, I have tried everything.
Also checked for any .ocx being left after I run Uninstall_Flash_Player.exe but everything seems to be removed with the Uninstall process.
When I try the standalone installation file I get something like this:
"the version of ...... ActiveX you are trying to install is not the most current current version".
When I try to install from the Adobe site, I get "Installation Failed or was cancelled"
Noticed there is a file Install.log created and here is what it contains:
