Message keeps saying I need a newer version

I have created a Navigation Bar using Adobe Flash professional, I tested the vavigation bar out before I published it and the navigation bar worked fine. Then I open Dreamweaver and proceeded to install my new navigation bar into my website. Once uploaded I then went to my site on Foxfire, google chrome, and my mobile device and they all kept saying I need a new version of Adobe flash to use. I repeatly insalled the player it kept saying I needed but it continuosly did not work. Need help

Just a guess - why do you use "12.0.0.0" version? Try setting it to 11.3.0.0

I am not sure why it did that and when I change the value the naviagation bar went blank
