My computer says blocked plug in?

I want to install the new adobe but it asks for name and password.

I do not know them

We cannot know what you don't know. If your admin doesn't want you to install stuff, then you have to talk to him/ her for the necessary permissions.

Adobe what?  Adobe is a company with hundreds of different softwares; what are you trying to install?  On what operating system?

Either way, you will need to provide the Administrator password for your computer.

My computer says blocked Plug-in. When I click that is says "Adobe Flash Player" is out of date. When I click Download Flash it asks for user name and password. I do not know them

You're going to have to find out what your admin password is in order for us to help you.  Have you tried the password you use to log into your machine?
