01.07.2009 In win 98 SE has established install_flash_player_9_ax.exe v.9.0.159.0

18.08.2009 The program has ceased to work, I have removed the program from a window of installation of removal of the programs (uninstall_flash_player_9_ax)

It would be helpful if you'd specify the exact message you are receiving; "impossible" does not seem like an installation error message to me.

Anyway, try to run the uninstaller with the /clean option.
