Need a fix for flash player on ios7

Flash player is not supported by iOS7.  Can we get a solution?

In a word "No".

In 2006 when Apple developed iOS (for the first iPhone), they were adamant about making it specifically incompatible with Flash technology. That will never change. Their reasoning is that playing Flash content is extremely processor consumptive and it kills the batteries, and battery life, in mobile devices like iPhones and iPads.
