Need full (offline) version of Flash for Windows 7

My computer is not connected to the Internet so I can't use a web install version.

Could somebody supply a URL so i can copy the full version to a thumb drive?

Also, where do I go for security updates and how do i apply them?

Are there other Adobe programs that are free and I should have?  Is there a page of such?  The used Dell i just bought  and did a re-instal on has no accessory programs on it at all.
