Need to completely reset Flash Player settings

After messing with the global settings panel for Flash Player, I find I have somehow managed to make it so many Flash-based games simply don't play for me anymore in either Firefox or Safari. What preference files etc. do I need to trash from my Mac in order for Flash Player to be reset to fresh-from-the-factory settings? OSX 10.6.4.

On Windows you delete folders

%APPDATA%\Adobe\Flash Player
%APPDATA%\Macromedia\Flash Player

On Mac OS there are probably similarly named folders, but I don't know where they are. Check the Flash Player Admin Guide if you can find the exact location in there.
