Hi - looking for link offline installer (private user, single lic) for Chrome on Win 64 bit PC

Reason - link is blocked in office for the std installer

And click the "Install Chrome Offline" link for instructions

No problem.  Please see the section titled "Still having problems" on this page:

You'll want to download the PPAPI version of Flash
