Playing Shockwave Flash (.swf) in Windows Mobile 6

We have developed a web application that ultimately presents as a .swf file. This runs on a pc through a browser. I would like to demonstrate the app on a Windows Mobile 6 device (HTC). I am completely confused about whether this is possible and what I need to install to enable this. I have installed Flash Player Lite 2.1 but this does not play the .SWF. Can anybody help, please? The phone as IE & Opera browsers pre-installed but no Flash player.

http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer_pocketpc/downloads/player.html  is what I think you need.

Thanks for this but the .SWF file is still treated as a download and

does not play in the browser. On another forum somebody said that this

is because IE for WM6 does not suport ACtiveX which is needed to install

the plugin.

I have now (partially got round the problem) by using a new

flash-supporting b rowser called SkyFire. This runs the .SWF but does

not present full-screen and does not recognise flash entry fields as

text so does not give access to the virtual keyboard, which is a little

annoying. This is a new product so hopefully later versions will be better.
