Please Help!! keep getting get Plus R error message when installing Flash player 10

I keep getting the "getPlus R has stopped working" message when trying to install Flash Player 10. I use Vista and the anti virus software is Panda. I ve already closed the anti vius protection. I tried to install the Flash player for IE and Firefox but both are not working.

How can I fix the problem? I can't use the offline version because my CD from work reuires to use Flash Player 10

Open this article http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html

download the Flash Player uninstaller mentioned in section 1 (save to disk);
download the executable installers from section 5 (save to disk);
now close all browser windows and run the downloaded uninstaller;
reboot Windows;
run the downloaded installers.

Now can you see the Flash animation at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ ?
