dear friends,

i am trying to download "flash player" on firefox. when i click on save file it comes

back and tells me to close firefox before i can install, but if i close firefox how do i

download anything. is there a way i can download to desktop, close firefox and proceed???

the only problem there is it won't let me "save file" ??? can anyone help?

What version of Firefox are you using? Try to upgrade to the latest Firefox 3.0.8.

What OS are you using?

Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode [Start -> (All) Programs -> Mozilla Firefox -> Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)]. Now try downloading the Flash Player installer again.
