Previous Adrobe Player will not disinstall - cannot reload new one !

Previous Adrobe Player is not working and will not dis-install - so cannot load new Adrobe Flash Player !

What is your operating system & browser?

And what do you men by "will not dis-install" - do you get an error message or what?  Have you closed your browser when trying to uninstall?
