I have an HP D110a All-in-One printer/scanner. It ran using flash player, but now has become only a printer due to Flash EOL. It runs fine and is very reliable.
Is there a patch out there that would work? If need be, I would hard wire to my PC. Using Windows 10.

Windows has a built-in program called "Windows Fax and Scan" (opening the Start menu and type "fax" or "scan" should list it). This should work for pretty much any scanner supported on Windows, and it shouldn't need Flash.
Microsoft also has instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/install-and-use-a-scanner-in-windows-10-4fd9f33a-25b6-15... to use a Windows Store app for scanning (the section "Scan a picture or document with Windows Scan app").
A third possible option is to open the Control Panel (search "control" on the Start menu), click "View Devices and Printers" or "Devices and Printers", right-click your scanner, and click Scan.
