problem with installing Flash player 14 in my Macbook Pro

I tried to install Flash player 14 in my Macbook Pro, however, it stuck at "retrieving install" screen, it is supposed to be a new version, anybody has the same problem?

Yes same issue. I even tried chatting with adobe support but they did not help as I am not a paid subscriber. I have seen many others with the same issue. I hope adobe is aware of this. am trying to contact them.
