Problemas con Adobe Flash Player en Windows 10 home

Buenas tardes. Mi computadora es una Compaq Presario CQ1 All-in-One PC que trajo instalado Windows 7 Starter, la cual actualicé a Windows 10 Home por medio de una licencia digital. Actualmente, no puedo ver nitidamente los videos, son muy lentos y no se escuchan bien. Tengo la versión actual de Adobe Flash Player para Windows 10, la cual es: 26.0.0137, el nombre de mi navegador es: Edge (ActiveX) y mi Sistema Operativo es: Windows 10 Home. Necesito ayuda. Que debo hacer? He leído toda la información al respecto en Windows 10 y en Adobe Flash Flayer y no logro solucionar este molesto problema. Muchas gracias de antemano por su valiosa ayuda.

    Based on the symptoms you describe, it sounds like Flash Player is working correctly, but the connection between you and the video source is not fast enough.

    As the link above explains, the problem may not be at your computer, or in your home network.  There are some things that are in your control, but much of it depends on how your Internet Service Provider connects to the networks used by the Content Provider that is serving the video streams, where the servers for those streams are physically located, and the capacity of the network nodes along the route that traffic takes to get to you.
