Problems with Flash player 11.6.602.168

I have flashplayer 11.6.602.168 installed on windows 7 professional (64bit) yet web sites keep telling me I need to upgrade my flashplayer. When I try to upgrade, I get an error message that I don't have enough rights, yes I am listed as administrater on my computer. Even when I save file, rights click and opt for "run as administrater" I still get the same error message. How can I solve this issue. I have the same problem when using Windows explorer as well as firefox, both are the latest versions.

Try asking in the Flash forum. I am not sure why so many folks are drifting to the Acrobat forum to ask questions about Flash.
